When you come for your first appointment, Janine Tremblay, PhD, APNC will complete an initial evaluation, and together you will create a treatment plan that’s specific to you and your needs.



Your initial appointment will build a therapeutic relationship, establishing empathy and trust between you and Dr. Tremblay.

Dr. Tremblay also includes insight-oriented, cognitive-behavioral, marital, and other approaches into your sessions.
